High Shelf Remedy are a female-fronted alt rock band with folk roots and a festival soul.
Their sound is built on Romeo's intricate guitar work, and the commanding vocal presence of Lauren, backed with Ben on drums, Lu on bass, and Rich on acoustic guitar. Blending gritty, riff energy with sultry harmonies from Hayley and Lu. Their songs are about connection and chaos with lyrics penned from art, nature, and the complications of being human.

In 2024 we spent a weekend at Oak Productions in Dorset where we recorded 6 new tracks. The first of these to be completed is Destiny.
